Chapter 193. Surprise

Issahil's POV

A year later...

“Father!” I threw myself into my father's arms and he spun me around, his eyes lit up with joy, both of us laughing.

“My dear Issa,” he said as he set me back down on my feet but didn't let go. “You are here.”

I beamed up at him. “I have missed you so much, father.”

It had been over a year since I had last seen my father. Although we had exchanged letters a lot, I hadn't seen him physically since the last time Alpha Matthias and I saw him off back at the werewolf territory.

He had wished to come see me, he had said so in his letter but his official duties back here in the human territory hadn't let him.

I was supposed to have returned a few months back myself but pack related matters hadn't let me and I had needed to make sure everything was in order before I did return to the human territory as I knew I would be here for a while, at least until I completed my education.
