Chapter 33. The Search for the Science Lab

“But why do you think they are being held hostage in a science lab of all places?” 

I sighed softly. It was pretty obvious.  “Clearly, some scientist discovered our kind and you know how scientists could be, they most probably decided to capture and study our kind.”

Hudson hummed. “So the scientist staged our pack members’ disappearance to look like they willingly left town for credible reasons just to cover their tracks, but our fathers discovered his ploy and went looking for him and now he has captured both of them?”

“First of all, this scientist could be a she or maybe it's a whole team of scientists,  who knows?” I felt the need to point out.

“And if the scientist or team of scientists have really captured our fathers, then he must have something that put our kind at a disadvantage because there is just no way he could have captured them both otherwise…”
