I drove to the company, parking my car in the parking lot. I stepped out of my car when a white Mercedes Benz parked beside my car.

I reached for my bag inside my car and took it out, shutting the door behind me, when I noticed someone stepping out of the car. I pressed the lock on my key fob, about to head inside the company when I heard, “Hi.” I turned to see the man who had stepped out of the car. I had avoided glancing at him earlier because I don’t really like giving people the credit of looking at them. They might think highly of themselves, especially those proud men who believe every girl must glance at them due to their looks.
