Chapter 45

It was the next morning. The birds were singing and rays of the sun were beaming through my windows. For a moment, all was filled with peace and comfort…well, until my mind started to remind me about things I had to get done today. 

The bed was too soft and comfortable and the thought of leaving it pained me. I wanted to lay in bed for a few more hours but I could not afford to do so. I had things that needed to be done. 

I had to find a way to get the kitchen staff to bake me a dozen pies and on top of that, find a way to put a sleeping agent in them that would knock all the guards out. Then the next thing was finding out if my supposed parents were going to stay home today. 

Tonight was going to be the night; the night I would be freeing my real mom and all the prisoners. It was going to be the night that I would finally take a major step in my plan of revenge! 

Tonight was going to be the night that hell would rain from the heavens!
