Ginny’s POV
“I really didn’t know if I could handle working with her, Gail…” I heaved a profound sigh, taking a moment to reflect on Gail’s recent statement.
Her insight struck a chord yet again. Collaborating with Autumn could undoubtedly expedite our relentless pursuit of the truth, delving into the heart of the matter—was she truly Selene?
However, the mere thought of being close to her was unbearable. Especially now that we believed she was Selene, and she returned to seek revenge on us.
“I feel like, if I work closely with her, she’ll quickly notice that I have ulterior motives… that I want to uncover her secrets if there are any,” I added.
