Chapter 11. Love

Stefan’s POV

Snow and I fell asleep together at the inn after our transformation. I think the Moon Goddess is playing tricks on me. From the first time I saw this girl, I was mesmerized. I knew instantly that I had to help her. She looked so sad, so fragile. She looked like life had gotten the best of her. She looked like she needed kindness, and that is what I gave her.

At first, I just wanted to help her get safely to the North, but now, from the short time we spent together, I think I love her already. I know it hasn’t been long, but Snow isn’t difficult to love.

After all that she has been through, it’s a miracle she still has a kind heart. It was like destiny, the way we clicked and became friends so fast. The way she trusted me after all she went through. I love her, and I’m sure of it.
