Third-Person POV

Lance looked at her and smiled. “No. You will always be Nova for me. For us.” he said looking at Mandy. He knew Mandy is Alayana’s best friend now, so he included her also.

Alayana blushed thinking of how silly Lance can be sometimes. She then thought of Isaac. Deep in her heart she is worried about his safety. She wondered if he got to treat his wounds or not.

When Lance was still staring at Alayana, Mandy observed his vitals and left the room giving them some space.

Seeing her distraction Lance felt uncomfortable. “Will you stay with me forever?” he asked, looking at her expectantly.

Alayana was surprised to hear that question. Instead of replying she asked “Can I believe you Lance?”
