Isabella’s POV
I swallowed hard, the weight of what I was about to do pressing down on me. I reached for the boy’s hand, forcing a smile as I led him toward the door.
As we stepped outside, the cool air hit my face, and I took a deep breath, trying to steady my nerves.
This was it. The moment of truth.
