Layla's POV

I wondered where we were going, curiosity bubbling up inside me. But I didn’t ask. I liked the mystery, the anticipation.

Finally, after what felt like forever, the car slowed to a halt. The chauffeur stepped out, quickly circling to my side to open the door. Logan got out first, extending a hand to me once again.

I placed my hand in his, feeling that familiar warmth as he helped me out of the car.

I looked up, and my eyes widened.

In front of us was a grand, beautifully lit cinema. 

The entrance was lined with marble columns, golden lights shining so bright the intricate carvings along the walls. It was breathtaking, the kind of place you only saw in movies.

Logan’s lips curved into a small smile as he watched my reaction. 

“I thought we could go somewhere special for movie night.”

I turned to him, my eyes sparkling with excitement.
