ISABELLA

I approach the desk wide-eyed when I see a computer. I glanced at the door before quickly sitting down in the chair and turning on the computer.

Maybe somehow I can get in touch with my dad and tell him I'm okay. I still know he hasn't given up on me.

The computer turns on, and I feel hope growing inside me, but I sigh when I see that I need a password to access the computer system.

I lift my head to look at the closed door before trying to type in a password, but I close my eyes, feeling all my hopes go away when I realize that it won't work.
