As her morning sickness got worse daily, she followed up with Christine about the vacant place in Banawa. She checked the house and it was safe and clean, although a little bit far from her workplace. Catherine had to distance herself from people who could recognize her to ensure that they wouldn’t know about her pregnancy because of Jonas. She didn’t want his cousins to find out and it was for his own good.

“Hi, Tin. When are we going to transfer to Banawa? This week?” She inquired because she paid the rental deposit already for the room that they were going to share.

“Actually Kate, I can’t transfer to Banawa yet. Will you be fine living alone?” Christine asked but when she saw Kate’s facial expression, she knew that her sudden change of heart didn’t sit well with the woman. “My sister said it’s not good if two pregnant women will share a room,” she explained.
