The next day, I thought of jogging outside because I haven't been able to jog since I got married. I first went to the kitchen to get bottled water and was stunned to see her busy cooking. I tried not to make a sound but he suddenly turned and saw me at the door.

"Hi," I waved at him. He just stared at me for a moment as if he saw a beautiful ghost in a colorful jogger. "Did you sleep?" I asked after noticing the dark circles under his eyes.

"What do you think, Natalia?"

I shrugged off my shoulders because how would I know? "Why don't you tell me?"

"I couldn't sleep last night," he replied.

"I'm sorry," I apologized because I honestly felt bad for what I did to him last night. It was uncalled for and he deserved a sincere apology. “Coffee?” I asked while trying to sound friendly but he shook his head.

"Do you want? I'll season you."

"Sure," I agreed and didn't wait for him to ask me to sit down.
