Daughter

I don't care about people who whisper. I only looked at Manuel. I will never make a mistake because of the beating of my heart and its gusts. My heart knew that this man before me was ready to marry someone else.

I'm almost depressed. Josefina pointed to me. I couldn't do anything but cry. There's only one thing stopping me the stranger's looks.

"Oh! Hahaha," Jose laughed awkwardly. I noticed the whispering. "I'm not the legal wife. Uhh," He pointed at me. "Her. She's Aurora. And the groom is now her husband. Manuel! How cool is this? You two are not annulled; I can sue you for that."

Manuel frowned and looked at me. My heart skipped a beat when our eyes met.

I swallowed when Empress approached me. Her eyes are red.

"Aurora, what is it? W-why-"

"I-I'll explain."

"You ruined our wedding!"

"Excuse me? What's ruined? Who ruined you?" This is Jose's straight answer.

"Who are you?!"

"Me?" I almost closed my eyes.
