After breakfast, I went to Dr. Maria's office. I had been dying to know why she wanted to see me after such a long time; thus, my long and lean legs took me to her office in just a minute.

I didn't knock. I just barged in because I knew she wouldn't have any problem with it, but to my surprise, she was nowhere to be found. I pulled out my phone from my pocket and made a phone call to her, but it was never received.

I left so many messages asking her if she had changed her mind because I was late when she wanted me to her office, but they were never answered, even though it clearly showed that they were read.

Letting out a deep breath, I paced around, sitting on the couch, eating the juicy apples on the table, and watching some movies on my phone, but she still never arrived.

"Doesn't she have friends? She must be out hanging with them. There is no need to work your brain out thinking about this." My wolf, Raika, said this from the back of my head.
