Alpha Kanen’s POV

Tusa stepped forward, shouting at me to stop. “Kanen, what are you doing? This is not the way to lead. You’re scaring the pack. Don’t kill that woman. Stop right now!”

I turned to him, the rage still burning in my eyes. “Stay out of this, Tusa. This is my pack, and I’ll handle it my way.”

But Tusa continued, portraying himself as the redeemer. “I’ve come here to bring peace, not chaos. Let the old woman go. There’s a better way to lead. And get hold of yourself.”

Reluctantly, I released the elder. Tusa smiled at the woman. “You can go, ma’am. No harm will come to you.”
