Eleanor's POV

I sat on the edge of the bed, breastfeeding my baby. He looked happy, as he probably did not know what was going on. My mind soon drifted away from my immediate environment as I dived into the world of thoughts. What could be happening outside the building where I was being held? I wondered. I thought about moments with Zora and how she had helped me even without knowing me. I thought about the day I had memory loss, and she rushed me to the hospital. Different thoughts hit my mind as I kept thinking of Zora.

My mind drifted away from Zora completely to the man who kidnapped me and my baby, bringing us here against our will. What does he want to do with us? Why is he not letting us go?
