I sat on the edge of the bed, breastfeeding my baby. He looked happy, as he probably did not know what was going on. My mind soon drifted away from my immediate environment as I dived into the world of thoughts. What could be happening outside the building where I was being held? I wondered. I thought about moments with Zora and how she had helped me even without knowing me. I thought about the day I had memory loss, and she rushed me to the hospital.
