Chapter 271. Jealous

It was break time between classes, and I found myself sitting inside the Dean’s office again. He had called me here to update me about what happened earlier this morning, and I couldn’t help but ask to confirm the school’s decision about Oliver and Becca.

‘‘Expelled…?’’ I asked in disbelief, thinking why would he expel them?

‘‘Yes, expelled…’’ Dean Gates said. ‘‘Both Miss Grey and Mr. Hardy are now expelled from this school!’’

‘‘But you stated that they would be put on hold until further notice...’’ I blurted out.

‘‘We have made our final decision based on our emergency internal meeting yesterday evening…’’ he leaned his back against his seat, removed his glasses, and placed them down on top of his desk.

‘‘So soon?’’ I echoed. I never imagined that they would declare their final decision so soon, considering the fact that Oliver’s and Becca’s families have quite an influence, especially Oliver’s.
