Lex’s POV

I silently watched my father’s wolf as he ran through the forest with effortless grace, each stride a testament to his power and years of experience. Ghost belonged in a class of his own—enormous and imposing, yet moving with a fluidity that belied his size. His midnight-black fur shimmered between the trees, catching dappled sunlight, and his electric blue eyes seemed to miss nothing. There was a majesty in how he moved, a confidence born of wisdom and strength.

But Ghost was more than muscle and instinct. He was clever and highly intelligent, capable of outmaneuvering even the most cunning prey. What set him apart was his unique connection to the elements. He could manipulate water and earth effortlessly; with every step, the forest subtly shifted for him. Roots withdrew from his path, stones softened under his paws, and the gentle trickle of a nearby stream seemed to dance in his presence. The entire woodland acknowledged him—its true king.

“Whe
