“He was bald, and had blue eyes just like his father, but I knew he would grow to look just like his dad, before I could say a word another pain hit me, and soon enough a cry was heard.
It was a girl, and she was beautiful too, both children were handed to the nurses to wash, and take care while I rested.
“Thank you,” I whispered weakly to Damien. it had been a hard road and i had always had him by my side.
“No thank you, this wouldn’t be possible without you,” he responded as he issued my forehead. The babies were returned and the maids haven’t still arrived with our supplies for the children.
