Chapter 90. It’s Over

Jahon’s POV

My mind was already prepared for this, the rage I had when I first heard it was him resurfaced. I wasn’t going to kill him yet till I got the truth from him.

“Look,” I said as I raised the aegis container to his face. His eyes widened upon realization.

“It will take roughly 2 minutes for it to be working on your system. Little by little it paralyzes you. Nervous breakdown, you begin to beg for breath, squeeze painful muscles, and you begin to struggle,” I said, darting my eyes from the antidote to him.

I could see the fear in his eyes, his expression amused me so much like I was having great fun. Of course, I am. It’s time for a payback.

“Either you take away your gun and begin talking and might change my mind to save your sorry ass, or we die together,” I suggested, relaxing back on the chair.

“Don’t act like you won’t lose anything. Your mother will lose you, causing her more pain. I’m not the only one losing anything either,”
