Kaelan’s Lycans went after Duncan and in less than twenty four hours, he was captured and brought to the palace.

It was around 5:00 am when Kaelan received a message from Owen through the link that Duncan had been captured.

I followed Kaelan to his court where they were held. Duncan was on his knees, bloodied and beaten, while Seraphina stood tall, her lips curled into a defiant smirk. She looked at Kaelan like she had already won.
