“One down, five more to go,” Kaelan said as we headed back to our room.

“Who are the five more that need to go?” I knew he was talking about the few brats who felt they could challenge his authority.

He didn’t respond until we were seated in our room. “We still have Viktor, Isabella, Duncan and Elena to get rid of.”

“What about Johnson, my evil father? Why is he not in the list?”

Kaelan stared at me. “Do you really want him dead?”

I turned away from him and stared up at the ceiling. “What do you think?”

“Johnson is naive and gullible. He allowed the evil, power hungry villains to use him. I won’t lay my hands on him until I find it absolutely necessary,” he explained.
