Hayes’ POV

I was furious when my patrolmen inform me that we had intruders at the border. It was Henry Fucking Vale—the bastard. He refused to believe that my mate accepted us, that she accepted this mate bond, and was happy. Zylon and I rushed to the border, where Henry stood with over fifty men behind him. Our patrol and guards were blocking their path, and the wolves were growling and snarling at each other.

“Henry!” I growled, forcing my men to part and give us a clear way. Henry glared at me. Did he have a death wish this morning?
