Ruby’s POV

We went to the top floor, and the penthouse was amazing, boasting a lovely view. After we settled in, my mates went straight to the study, taking calls and entering one Zoom meeting after another. I headed downstairs to the living room. Only Eun-Woo was there; he was pressing buttons on his phone, but put it away when I sat beside him on the couch.

“You look excited. You’re never like this,” he said, surprised. Usually so tame, polite, and serious, he was now smiling and chatting freely.

“I feel great. I feel good. My wolf does too. Hey, Luna, do you want to explore for a while?” he asked suddenly, his eyes sparkling with excitement. How could I say no? I nodded.
