“I’ll ask Master Asahi to help him, but that man is strict. Your mate is expected to cooperate and do everything he’s asked.” Hayes told Manon.

“Bean, you should stay away from him for now while he trains. It’s too risky, and you’re vulnerable around him because your wolf wouldn’t defend herself against him in an attack, out of fear of injuring or killing him,” Zylon said sternly. He spoke to her not as a brother, but as an alpha.
