Chapter 166. A Good Time at Green Moss

Ox’s POV.

I had just taken a shower and I was ready to settle down for the night. The room was so spacious and so well furnished. It couldn’t be compared to the hole my men and I were asked to stay in at the Silverlake pack.

One thing I knew about wolves and vampires was that wolves didn’t like to keep vampires around and it wasn’t because we smelt bad no. It was because they were scared we would wake up in the middle of the night and attack them. When I got into the room I heard the gates outside getting locked so I wouldn’t be able to leave the room. It was also a separate building from the main building. We had driven down her in fact to show just how separated it was.

I didn’t care. The Kingsmen had done better than the people at Silverlake. Food and hot water had been prepared for me and the room was very clean.

I liked that. Finally being treated much better than a random animal.

I lay in bed and closed my eyes. I had absolutely no worries now
