Chapter 67. The Brothers
Flashback.
Growing up with James made me become resentful and spiteful and full of jealousy without my intention. James who was my immediate younger brother was the most preferred in the family. I had made a very silly mistake by killing my mate which made me not just mateless, but it also made my parents take my right to the throne from me. They gave it to my younger brother who they termed ‘more fitting’ for the role. I had always been seen as the stubborn rebellious son who didn’t care about instructions. But what my parents didn’t know was that I was the strongest and smartest e between my brother and I because I didn’t let sentiments get into the way of my decisions.
I remembered when my parents had called the both of us concerning the decision to send a criminal in the pack away or kill him.
They wanted to hear our input concerning the matter and of course I had advised that they killed him and get the business over and done with.
