Chapter 73. A Thief and a Liar

Lupita’s POV.

I watched calmly as John stood up and called his guards in. He was still holding onto his stomach as he sat down. When his guards came in he started to issue instructions to them to surround the pack, ensure the party was still going on smoothly, search my room and finally double up the security.

I had listened to a bit of what he had said when I got bored and stood up. By this time my injury had healed up completely and it was as though nothing had happened to me.

“Where do you think you are going?”

I kept walking without responding to him.

“I said where do you think you are going?!!” He growled but I just ignored him and kept walking away.

“You took everything from me!!!”

I stopped. I took everything, what exactly did I take? I was never in a place to give him anything, and he was never in a place to receive anything.

Once again he had proven that he was not just a thief, but a liar.
