Emily's POV

"Wait, I just want to talk to you. I know you would rather not have anything to do with me, but I'm begging you to forgive me, Emily. I know I was wrong to think that you were the type to be disloyal to someone you love, but I was jealous. After getting that photograph of you and Sam and perceiving his smell on you, I started to doubt you, which was wrong. I can't justify my reasons for hurting you because you did nothing to me," he continued to implore as he blocked my way.

"I seriously don't want anything from you. I would rather not hear your pleas as well. All you have succeeded in doing was to hurt me. I never want to see you again so leave me alone and have a good life with Rose," I snapped. "Besides, what's the point of all this when you already have the life your mother wanted for you? The life that you're worth living, and a life that I was not worthy of being a part of," I said with a sarca
