Kane’s POV

“Thor...Thor!” I yelled as I ran to catch up with him before he got into his car and drove off. I took hold of his shoulder and made him turn to look at me forcefully.

“What is the matter, Kane?” He asked me coldly.

“What do you mean what is the matter?!” I yelled. I was so delighted and so happy that I couldn’t control myself. “What the fuck did you just do in there?”

“I did what I had to do.”

I paused and looked at him for a second. “I’m proud of you, buddy.”

He nodded and got into the car. Then he drove off.

I smiled. I turned and headed back into the castle. I knew Thor well; he was going to a pub where he could cool his head after the whole drama that just happened. He didn’t want to answer queries from me or his mom, or anyone now.

When the meeting was called, I had also imagined that Dana had explained the situation to him and convinced him to announce their wedding officially. I was distraught. I couldn’t control my
