Alpha Thor’s POV

The pub was the best place to go and cool my head for a while if I didn’t want to leave Cordena outrightly, that is. Some days I came with Kane, and sometimes I held small meetings here, upstairs at the VIP lounge.

Today I desperately needed the comfort and serenity of the pub. I had been in the VIP lounge for a while. Then I went down to go try for a swim at the pool.

I had just taken a few steps toward the open space, which headed straight to the pool, when I sighted someone who had the castle’s maid’s uniform on. I was about to look away because it wasn’t a new thing to see a few of them here sometimes. But then I stopped dead in my tracks when I saw...hazel-colored hair.

There was only one person I knew who had such a unique color of hair.
