“Did he say why?”

I asked as I wondered why Nate would suddenly declare war on his wife's pack. Maybe the right word to use here would be Augustus, but we cannot ignore the fact that those are the people we would be fighting.

“I think it would be better if you go to him yourself and maybe try talk him out of doing something he might regret.”

“What do you mean?”

“Layla is unconscious, imagine what it would be like for her to wake up and discover that her husband has killed everyone in her pack without informing her first?”
