POV: Cassidy Kane

I watched as Kit fell on the bed with blood on his hands.

I wanted to pull out the knife but from the looks of it, he didn't have the strength to do it and could only struggle with the knife.

Even though I knew the pain he was going to undergo would be much.

It shouldn't be enough to kill him. He should be able to survive the stab and at the same time regain his powers and memories.

Even though I didn't know how much pain he would undergo I knew he was going to undergo great pain of no measure.

The pain the knife would bring would be according to one's power.

The more powerful one was, the more the pain would be.

And in the end, if one was powerful but didn't have enough mental strength one would end up dying from pain.

Even if one wasn't very powerful and had a very good mental strength one would be able to survive the stab.

All I was hoping now was that Kit survives the stab or else all
