POV: Kit Garrison

I looked at Cassidy in shock then at the knife lodged in my chest.

What the hell was happening? Was I dreaming? Why would this woman stab me?

What had I done to her? From what I know I had never killed someone innocent then why would she come and kill me when I didn't touch or know her?

What have I done to deserve this? What in hell was the moon goddess watching?

Was this how I was going to die? Was I going to live Lulu alone in this cruel cold world?

What the fuck was I going to tell Jester? Why did this happen to me?

A series of questions ran through my mind but there was no one to answer me.

All I could see was just blood dripping from my body. I wanted to do something but I couldn't.

I felt weak at the moment and couldn't even remove the knife lodged in me.

I put my hands on the knife but I wasn't able to make it bulge. It had transformed into a mountain and wouldn't move.
