Josephine’s POV

The first time I ever saw a full set of items on a makeup kit was in my sister’s room back at home. My sister never allowed me into her room, heck! I doubt I even had a place in her heart, So, I had sneaked into her room one day when she stepped out to check what was so precious in that room that made her lock everyone out of it.

And boy! Was I disappointed? The short answer is no. The long answer is that I was thrilled and in shock at the same time. My sister had lots of crazy stuff in her room, but she also had cool stuff too. She even had the latest pair of sneakers from Nike. Who knew Rayne had such expensive taste?

Her makeup kit was carefully arranged on her dressing table. They all looked beautiful and shiny. I reached out for the red lipstick and smeared some on my lips. Then, I admired myself in front of the mirror. I thought I looked really beautiful in it.
