Michelle’s POV

It was about 12 midnight when a knock resonated on the door and I pulled my eyes open. I was expecting to see Enzo curled up beside me but rather his sister is the one standing in front of my door with a huge grin on his face.

“Izzy?”

“Hmm, Enzo said to make sure you take your drugs. I guess I am going to be doing the nanny duty now”

“Don’t mind him, I already have my alarm set for that” I tell her, “where is he though?”

“He went out to Santa Monica, he will be back soon”

At the mention of Santa Monica my forehead creases into a frown, he didn’t tell me he was going to Santa Monica.

“You should take your drugs though”

After she is done, Izzy turns around and walks towards the elevator while I make my way back into the room again.

It is clearly after midnight and he is in Santa Monica?

Slumping back on the bed, I pick up my phone and dial his number but it didn’t even connect.
