Dalia’s POV

I felt bad for actually giving Jackson an audience when I know that Tracy likes him but I wanted to show Alexander that I wasn’t hung up on him.

Tracy was silent throughout lunch, even when Alexander left and I wasn’t paying Jackson attention anymore. She looked like she was about to cry and I felt evil. What have I done?

We left lunch earlier than necessary because of the awkward atmosphere. I felt like a homewrecker at that moment. I was leading Jackson on, knowing fully well that I wasn’t going to give him a chance. I was blocking Tracy’s chance of getting together with him because I was in the picture.

Tracy did not stay a word till we got to the company and she did not even respond when I bade her goodbye. I went to my office with a very oblivious Jackson. He still did not get the memo nor understood what was happening.
