Chapter 6

Keila's POV

"Good morning, world!"

I happily got up and got ready for my class today. Since I was heartbroken by Dwayne, this has been my happiest morning. I don't even know why I'm feeling this way now, but I don't want to find out as long as the important thing is that I'm happy.

"I'm sexy, and I know it." I sang along to the song on my iPod.

I looked in the mirror, and I didn't look stressed, unlike the past few weeks. I suddenly smiled.

Is this a sign that I will finally be able to move on?

I went down to eat and saw Cloud frowning and looking at his cell phone.

"What's your problem?" I asked as I took the food. "You were frowning there this morning."

"Nothing." He answered sparingly. "Stay away from Kean. Understand?" he said, using his bossy voice again.

He stood up and was about to leave, but I stopped him immediately. He just gave me a bad look, but I didn't lose. What's that, he's the only one who can always be followed?
