Chapter 8
Keila's POV
I opened the gym door. My group mates and Dwayne looked at me seriously, looking into my eyes. He stopped dancing until he came to me. I was suddenly nervous.
Is he mad at me?
"I clearly said the practice is at 3 PM. What time is it, Keila?" he asked bossily. I can't look at him. "Are you just going to be stupid there? Go there and practice." I closed my palm and closed my eyes.
It's time for me to quit. I have enough reasons to stay, but I don't want to see Dwayne anymore. I had enough.
"I don't want to," I said sparingly.
"What?" he asked. "Repeat what you said," he ordered.
I can feel his seriousness, and yes, he is scary.
