Nathan’s POV

I had had enough work by 5:00 pm. Not that I was looking forward to seeing my mother. However, leaving at 5:00 pm would give me the opportunity to head home to see Amelie, and well, I wasn’t going to pass that up. I can’t wait to get home.

I grabbed my briefcase and headed out of my office.

Samira looked over and grinned, “Have a safe drive home. Say hi to Amelie for me.”

I chuckled, “Thanks, Samira. You can leave early, too. Great work today.”

“Thanks, boss.”
