Kane nodded in agreement with Lani’s decision, respecting her choice.

He pulled Lani in for a kiss, whispering, “Is there anything I can help with? I have plenty of free time. I’m more than willing to assist.”

Lani laughed.

Kane had been busy lately; there was no way he had as much free time as he claimed. He was just being caring and considerate of her.

Hugging him, Lani playfully adjusted his tie in response.

“Then help me generate some hot searches after I post my clarification,” she suggested.

“Perhaps we’ll finalize and post the clarification tonight. This issue needs us to explain promptly, or it will negatively affect our reputation,” Lani added.

Kane chuckled, kissing Lani once again.

“Oh. Will I get a reward for helping you?” he teased, emphasizing the word “reward” to make Lani blush. Understanding what he was getting at, she punched his shoulder playfully.

“You rogue. Is that all you think about?” Lani teased back.
