Chapter 109. The Informant

What happened in the office bathroom stayed in the office bathroom. Sarah cleared her throat nervously. She fixed her blouse and wiped her lips in case her lipstick got messy. Suddenly, Adrian hugged her from behind, "That was amazing, you are amazing," he said sincerely, his eyes staring at her through the mirror reflection. Sarah couldn't help but smile from ear to ear. She was so happy to hear those words.

'You will suffer acute heartbreak once you two separate! Stop overreacting like this!' buzzed Bee from inside her head. Sarah's expression suddenly changed, making Adrian frown. "What happened? Is everything okay?" he asked attentively.

"Excuse me, Mr. Stone? You there?"

Sarah and Adrian looked at each other in surprise. That was Martha's voice!

"How?" asked Sarah inaudibly.

Adrian gulped, "Stay here," he replied quietly. "I'm in here!" shouted Adrian from ins
