She just stood there for a moment, trying to process the information. Seconds later, she started to cry.

"Sarah, are you okay?" asked Mrs. Jones from the other side.

"Yeah, I'm just…I'm so happy," she choked. She could imagine Mrs. Jones smiling wisely at her. "We're considering flying back to New York, but Elena offered us a Christmas holiday. What do you think?"

Sarah knew Elena offered that holiday just to keep her Granny safe. She gulped nervously, "Um, give me some time; I'll think about it."

"Sure, um, are you coming here?" asked Mrs. Jones.

"Absolutely! I'll see you guys as soon as possible. Just don't leave the hospital before I tell you to. I'm sorry to put you guys in this uncomfortable situation, but this is the best I could do for us. I hope you and Granny will understand…"
