“Do you want to run?”

That question echoed across the courtyard for a moment as Aria’s brows furrowed.

Lucien’s voice had broken through the still silence, it was both low and steady.

Aria swallowed, her mind raced as she thought about shifting. She had never done it before, mainly because she couldn’t. She had always wished to have a wolf. Always wanted to be a shifter, but now that her mate was asking her the question,
