Chantal’s POV

I went to the mall where Jurelle and I had agreed to meet, and they were already there, but I didn’t know what to do.

I was bothered if I should open up to them about what I found out about Alyssa, but was it worth it? I knew I should know what’s going on and what I’m going to do.

I shook my head and entered the mall. I immediately went to the cafe next to the entrance that we always go to, like Starbucks.

“Girl, you’re too late,” said Jurelle as she kissed me on the cheek as a greeting.

I took my seat, and Joanna just waved at me.

“You ordered another full-size Frappuccino and your raspberry cheesecake.”

“Thank you, guys. I’m sorry if I got you worried. I just went somewhere.”
