Chapter 7

Dominic sat at his desk staring at a page of a very large book. At intervals, he would twirl his fingers along the rim of his glass which was filled with thick red blood. The side of his chamber where he sat was dark with the curtains closed to prevent the rays from the sun penetrating the room. 

His scowl deepened as he picked up a pen and crossed something on the page of his book. Just then there was a slight knock on his door and a man entered. His pale skin and thick red hair almost made him no different from an albino. However, his bloodshot eyes made the diffrernce .

“What is it, Felix?” Dominic stared at him expectantly.

“We have news.” Felix replied. “Another family of werewolves moved into this town recently.”

“How many?”

“Three. A man, woman and a young girl.”

Dominic leaned back in his seat and stared into space.

“I want you to keep tabs on them. Use your connections.” He said after a while.
