Chapter 9

Jeremy stared wide-eyed at Kyle like the latter was out of his mind. He shifted his gaze to the white werewolf who hadn't made a single move and then back to his friend.

"Maybe I didn't hear correctly or my head is being disoriented after being hit by the football numerous times." He said. "But I thought I just heard you call that wolf, Mandy."

"I did." Kyle replied, still not taking his eyes away from the large canine.

"That's nuts." Jeremy snapped, though the hint of fear was still evident in his voice. " That's not Mandy. It's a wolf!"

"Which happens to be Mandy." Kyle deadpanned.

Jeremy's visible confusion was enough to make things even more complicated and Mandy had to step in.

'Its okay.' She sent a mind link towards Kyle. 'Ill just change back to normal and then explain everything.'

Kyle nodded.

She spun round and disappeared into the woods. Jeremy sighed a bit and turned towards Kyle.
