Diana watched the golden threads of morning light transform her earlier ordeals into an ambient positiveness. In the wash of the new light, her face took on the appearance of an obsolete portrait, one of the memories so wonderful in her eyes. She watched as it brought her naked skin into focus, not yet vitalized with the warmth of who she was—a lost fucking naked predator who stood wide arm like some crazy suicidal maniac—I might as well kill Andrew for this shit.
