Chapter 12

Nobody can notice Esmeralda's fury right now since her smile is so brilliant. She had seen the side glances Alejandro was giving Scarlett earlier and couldn't help but feel envious.

She wanted Alejandro's attention to be focused on her since it was her night. Then Esmeralda approached Scarlett and said, "What's wrong?" Why are you so irritated? Is there anything or anybody troubling you? Since this is my big night, I want everyone to have a good time..." Esmeralda says as she comes to a halt in front of Scarlett.

However, Scarlett couldn't disguise her annoyance and murmured furiously, "Why did you keep the truth from me?" Scarlett's fury is not hidden since she is open about her emotions.
