Chapter 134. Adrian’s Escape

DANTE’S POV

As soon as Veronica and Adrian leave that building, FBI agents crowd the place, and almost immediately, Veronica’s men start pouring out of nowhere.

“We want them alive, boys! Don’t forget that!” Kent orders his Men in a harsh tune. “We need the two principal targets alive; do not shoot them. I repeat, do not shoot them.”

Headshot stays in position with his sniper and covers us from above as he shoots down Veronica’s men one by one, but they seem to be pouring out of everywhere like honey bees from a disturbed hive. Did she come here with an entire army just to get Adrian? She must have other motives because Adrian is damn well not that important to her.
